Fitness Centers

Phil Trotter so aptly says, “Fitness is for the few, but wellness is for the many.”  When we really take a close look at the fitness industry it’s easy to see that we’re not providing the 80% or more who really don’t like exercise the networks they need.

It’s time for the most successful “fitness centers” to think about how they can become “wellness destinations.”
